The Nissan Skyline GT-R (BNR32) was released July 20, 2024 and retired July, 2025. It replaced the No. 48 Isuzu Elf Mickey and Friends Truck and was succeeded by No. 48 Yamato Transport EV Delivery Truck.

The toy includes the main figure of the Nissan Skyline GT-R (BNR32).

It is a 1/59 model of the real-life vehicle. It has working suspension and its doors can be opened.

• It is the 13th vehicle to be assigned the number "48".

• Its base is the Event Model ★★★★ No. 30- Nissan Skyline GT-R (R32).

• This is the first time for Tomica to use an Event Model base that went into mainline production.

• This model is also the first time Tomica released a vehicle that is 20+ years old that's a part of the brand new releases in the mainline. (Next is the No. 11 Enzo Ferrari wherein that model was 17 years old upon release to the new mainlines.)
