The Toyota Crown Comfort Taxi was released July 21, 2007. It replaced the No. 51 Toyota Crown Taxi.

In 2020, it was released in the US, Canada, and Australia, exclusively at Walmart stores.

It was also sold in South Korea.

Description

The toy includes the main figure of the Toyota Crown Comfort Taxi.

It is a 1/63 model of the real-life vehicle. It has working suspension and its doors can be opened.

• It is the 6th vehicle to be assigned the number "51".

• It was used as a base for 4 variants in the Asian Taxi Collection, the Asian Transport series, the Toyota Crown Comfort Personal Taxi (Tomica Kuji XII) and Event Model ★★★ No. 2- Toyota Crown Comfort Taxi (Tomica Expo Type).

• Early versions of the Crown Comfort Taxi had 4-spoke button wheels, but later releases of this switched to using the 5-spoke wheels as the 4-spoke wheels were discontinued around late 2013/early 2014.
