Tomica No. 60 Toyota Mark X Owned Car (トミカ No. 60 トヨタマークＸ個人タクシー) is a toy released within the classic Tomica toyline. It is primarily released in Japan.

Overview

The Toyota Mark X Owned Car was released on December 20, 2008, and retired January, 2013. It replaced the No. 60 Toyota Celsior Privately Owned Taxi and was succeeded by the No. 60 Toyota Corolla Fielder.

Description

The toy is a 1/61 scale replica of the first generation Toyota Mark X [X120] in the livery of the Tokyo Metropolitan Taxi Cooperative. It has working suspension and its front doors can be opened.

Trivia

• It is the 4th vehicle to be assigned the number "60".

• Its base is the No. 72 Toyota Mark X, but it is painted in solid white, as opposed to the civilian model's pearl white.

• Interestingly enough, it was sold alongside the no.64 second generation Mark X [X130] for almost 3 years.

• It uses the same light box molding as its predecessor, the Toyota Celsior privately owned taxi.
