Tomica No. 80 Nissan Diesel Condor Crane Cargo Truck (日産ディーゼル コンドル クレーン付カーゴトラック) is a toy released within the classic Tomica toyline. It is primarily released in Japan.

Overview

The Nissan Diesel Condor Crane Cargo Truck was released February, 1980, and retired December, 2006. It replaced the No. 80 Mazda Savanna GT Racing and was succeeded by the No. 80 Hitachi Construction Machinery Rubber Crawler Carrier EG110R.

Description

The toy includes the main figure of the Nissan Diesel Condor Crane Cargo Truck.

It is a 1/104 model of the real-life vehicle. It has super speed, working suspension and arm can move up and down and be rotated.

Trivia

• The original black box uses the name "UD" rather than "Nissan Diesel", but re-releases changed this.

• It is roughly the same as the No. 95 UD Condor Crane Cargo Truck, but differs because of its cargo accessory. Both use the same cab portion from the No. 56 UD Condor Lift-Arm Truck.

• It is the 3rd vehicle to be assigned the number "80".

• It was used as a base for the Nissan Diesel Condor Crane Cargo Truck (Super Gift), UD Condor Crane Truck (Tomica Currently Under Construction), Truck with Crane (Tomica Special Rescue Collection), Nissan Diesel Condor Crane Cargo Truck (Tomica Town Doll Set), and Work Truck with Crane (Highway Under Maintenance).
