The toy includes the main figure of the Nissan Skyline GT-R Autech Version Patrol Car (Kanagawa Prefecture Police) 98.

It is a 1/64 model of the real-life vehicle, manufactured by Nissan in the 1990's. This model was actually unveiled at the 1997 Tokyo Motor Show, to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Skyline. It is a variant modeled after a police car used in the Kanagawa Prefecture.
