Nationwide Local Series Kyoto (全国ご当地シリーズ京都) is a toy released within the Tomica Nationwide Local Series toyline. It is primarily released in Japan.

The toy includes the main figure of the Isuzu Elf Panel Truck, themed after the Fujiya Tea brand. It came packaged with six matcha cookies, released by Fujiya Tea.

The Tomica is a 1/78 model of the real-life vehicle. It has working suspension, super speed and its panel can be opened
