The Nissan Note Patrol Car was released January, 2015, exclusively at Tomica Shops. The toy was not for sale, and was instead available for exchange of 150 points. At Tomica Shops, 1 point is earned for each 100 yen spent, so it required spending an equivalent of 15000 yen (roughly 150 USD.)
