Tomica No. 24 Mazda CX-5 (トミカ No.24 マツダ CX-5) is a toy released within the classic Tomica toyline. It is primarily released in Japan.

Overview

The Mazda CX-5 was released January 20, 2018, and retired April, 2020. It replaced the No. 24 Kawasaki BK117 C-2 Helicopter and was succeeded by the No. 24 Toyota Corolla Touring. A white first-edition variant was also released.

In 2019, it was released in the US, Canada, and Australia, exclusively at Walmart stores (Standard color only).

It was also sold in South Korea.

Description

The toy includes the main figure of the Mazda CX-5.

It is a 1/66 model of the real-life vehicle. It has working suspension and its trunk can be opened.

• It is the 9th vehicle to be assigned the number "24".

• It was used as a base for the Mazda CX-5 (Assembly Factory), Mazda CX-5 (46th Tokyo Motor Show), No. 52 Mazda CX-5 River Patrol Car, Mazda CX-5 (Tomica Sign Set Vol. 6), Chocolate with Tomica Mazda CX-5, and No. 93 Mazda CX-5 Road Patrol Car.
