The Model T Classic Car Mickey Mouse was released October, 2004. It was remade as the D01 Model T Classic Car Mickey Mouse R and D01 Model T Classic Car Mickey Mouse (Love Version). It was also released in two trading figure variants in the D-Capsule Vol. 1 set.

The toy includes the main figure of the Model T Classic Car Mickey Mouse.

It is a 1/60 model of the real life vehicle, with art of the Disney character Mickey Mouse.
