Introduction
Tomica No. 110 Toyota Crown Patrol Car (トミカ No. 110 トヨタクラウンパトロールカー) is a toy released within the classic Tomica toyline. It is primarily released in Japan.
Overview
The Toyota Crown Patrol Car was released on March 17, 2012. It replaced the No. 110 Toyota Crown Patrol Car (2008). An Osaka Police first-edition variant was also released.
Description
The toy includes the main model of the Toyota Crown Patrol Car. It is a 1/69 model of the real-life vehicle, specifically the thirteenth generation Toyota Crown [S200] in the livery of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police. It has working suspension.
Trivia
• It is the 6th vehicle to be assigned the number "110".
• While it replicates the S200 Crown, it is not based on the existing No. 32 Toyota Crown (2008) casting, instead using an all-new, downsized casting featuring molded lights and no opening features. This casting would later be used as the base for almost all future issues of the S200 Crown.
• It was used as a base for the Toyota Crown Patrol Car (Tomica Shop), Special Firefighting Squad- Toyota Crown (Tomica Kuji 22), Police Vehicle Set, Oeyo- Toyota Crown (Tomica Gozen Collection) , Traffic Safety Set (2014), Toyota Crown Silver-Plated Version (Tomica Expo 2018) , TT-01 Toyota Crown Tokyo Metropolitan Police Dept. Patrol Car and It Glows! It Sounds! Light & Sound Tomica Toyota Crown Patrol Car.
