The Subaru WRX STI Type S was released July 18, 2015, and retired March, 2018. It replaced the No. 112 Subaru Forester and was succeeded by the No. 112 Lotus 3-Eleven. A black first-edition variant was also released.

The toy includes the main figure of the Subaru WRX STI Type S.

It is a 1/62 model of the real-life vehicle. It has working suspension and its hood can be opened.
