Tomica No. 28 Honda Elysion (トミカ No. 28 Ｈｏｎｄａエリシオン) is a toy released within the classic Tomica toyline. It is primarily released in Japan.

The Honda Elysion was released November 20, 2004, and retired June, 2009. It replaced the No. 28 High-Way Public Co. Patrol Car and was succeeded by the No. 28 Toyota iQ.

It's a replica of the Honda Elysion, produced between 2004 and 2006.

It is a 1/65 model of the real-life vehicle. Its side door can slide open.

• It is the 7th vehicle to be assigned the number "28".

• There were two variations released: early versions featured unpainted window trim, while later versions featured black trim around the windows.

• It was used as a base for the Honda Elysion (Tomica Special Color Collection), Honda Elysion (Ito-Yokado). It also appears as part of the Tomica Leisure Car Collection.
