Tomica No. 46 Honda Odyssey (トミカ No. 46 ホンダオデッセイ) is a toy released within the classic Tomica toyline. It is primarily released in Japan.

Overview

The Honda Odyssey was released in June 1996, and retired May, 2001. It replaced the No. 46 Celica Rally and was succeeded by the No. 46 Honda Odyssey (2001).

It was released in both blue and red variants, each with unique box art.

Description

The toy is a 1/66 scale model of the first generation Honda Odyssey, produced between 1994 and 1999 in real life. It has super speed, working suspension and its tailgate can be opened.

Trivia

• This was the first time Tomica replicated the Honda Odyssey. Subsequent generations would be released in 2001, 2004 and 2009 respectively, all as no. 46.

• It is the 4th vehicle to be assigned the number "46".

• It was used as a base for the Honda Odyssey (Gulliver), Honda Odyssey (DX R/C Tomica Trailer Set), Honda Odyssey (New DX R/C Tomica Trailer Set), and Honda Odyssey (Amusement Tomica). It also appears as part of the RV Resort Tourers 2 set in beige.

• The "Odyssey" decals tampoed on the side of this model were available on the real car as a dealer-installed accessory.
