Tomica No. F42 Pontiac Firebird Transam (トミカ No. F42 ポンティアックファイアーバードトランザム) is a toy released within the Foreign Tomica toyline. It is primarily released in Japan.

The Pontiac Firebird Transam was released February, 1978. It was remade in 1984 as the No. F13 Pontiac Firebird Transam.

The toy includes the main figure of the Pontiac Firebird Transam.

It is a 1/68 model of the real-life vehicle from America.

• It is the 1st vehicle to be assigned the number "F42".

• It is released internationally under Pocket Cars toyline in 1978 as "No. 201-F42 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am" in white and later remade in 1981 as "No. 243-F42 Turbo Firebird" in black, despite that the Firebird's Turbocharged 1980-1981 models featured an updated front fascia with the grille deleted and replaced with a new fascia made of solid, moulded material.
