It is a 1/63 model of the real-life vehicle, specifically the twelfth generation Toyota Crown [S180] in the livery of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police. It has working suspension and its front doors can be opened.

• This model is based on the earlier 2005 issue, though with the addition of a non-functional, electronically extending lightbar.
